Kara Boyce, Change Management Consultant & Executive Coach
Kara, is the Founder and Managing Director of IGC Group Inc., where she leads strategic engagements in change management, culture transformation, and leadership development across the Caribbean and Canada. A Prosci-certified Change Practitioner and EMCC-accredited executive coach, Kara brings over a decade of experience guiding complex organizational transformation across public and private sectors.
She has trained more than 10,000 professionals and supported over 100 companies across multiple Caribbean territories, partnering with executive teams to align culture with strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and drive measurable performance outcomes. Known for translating strategy into execution, Kara helps organizations move beyond fragmented initiatives to deliver sustainable, high-impact transformation.
