The successful candidate will provide support to the Manager to supervise the daily operations of the Extraction and Refinery, ensuring the efficient and effective process and inventory control of plant operations.

Qualifications:

• An Undergraduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Chemical and Process Engineering or related field.
• PLUS at least two to three (2-3) years working experience in a manufacturing environment OR
• An equivalent of ten (10) years working experience in food processing or related field.

• 8+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.

Responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and optimization of logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations. The role ensures efficient service delivery, strong compliance, and high customer satisfaction, while supporting commercial growth and group-aligned operational goals.internal departments.

This mid-level managerial

role is critical to ensuring efficient production scheduling, optimal resource utilisation, and

seamless coordination across our client's manufacturing operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or related field 
• 7–10 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment including 3+ years in a senior role.

To assist the shift supervisor with the daily operations, plant repairs, monitoring, and logging processes to

optimize the plant’s capacity and sustain the established quality parameters.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Technical certificate in relevant field, e.g. Welding, Fitting, Mechanics or Plant Maintenance, Industrial Mechatronics-Mechanical Engineering NVQ Level 3, etc.
• Two to three (2-3) years’ working experience as a Mechanic, Welder, Fitter, or other relevant area of maintenance.
