The successful candidate will provide support to the Manager to supervise the daily operations of the Extraction and Refinery, ensuring the efficient and effective process and inventory control of plant operations.

As the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving plant efficiency and equipment reliability through strategic maintenance planning, technical leadership, and people management. 

To assist the shift supervisor with the daily operations, plant repairs, monitoring, and logging processes to

optimize the plant’s capacity and sustain the established quality parameters.

The HR Manager will lead the human resources operations, ensuring compliance with Bahamian labor laws, effective workforce administration, and structured HR processes to support business growth. This role emphasizes administration, compliance, and operational HR execution, including recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, compensation, training coordination, and performance management.

Responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and optimization of logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations. The role ensures efficient service delivery, strong compliance, and high customer satisfaction, while supporting commercial growth and group-aligned operational goals.internal departments.

Responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the HR department by managing day-to-day HR operations and providing comprehensive administrative support. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle a variety of tasks, from maintaining employee records to supporting HR initiatives, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

The Manager oversees pipeline performance, executes commercial plans, drives customer acquisition and retention, expands market share, and ensures brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. This role is central to building a high-performance commercial culture and ensuring that revenue targets are achieved each month.
